Robert Foley
Mr. Foley brings 29 years of proven expertise in the financial, legal, regulatory and accounting disciplines to NCC Venture’s customers.
He has focused on the coordination of the complete range of departments and skill sets associated with the delivery of financial services products to identify, evaluate, design, and implement the strategic and tactical changes necessary to create efficient, market standard policies, procedures and operations to enable a financial institution to execute self-funding transactions through securitization and other structured financings.
He has successfully coordinated the re-engineering of functional teams and their endorsement of the necessary change management practices at Bank One, Huntington Bank, and PNC Bank.
Mr. Foley’s experience includes the practice of law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a New York law firm; Third party advisory and investment banking transaction development, implementation and execution work at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank AG; Independent consultation with private equity firms to define cost effective debt financing solutions for these firms’ targeted investments in companies in a variety of industries.
Mr. Foley holds a B.S. in Foreign Service, Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School.
