Michelle Reese
Ms. Reese offers 20 years of management consulting experience in helping her clients become even more successful. She has worked in products and service organizations, union and non-union environments, for-profit, not-for-profit and government organizations.
She is a proven project and program manager who has designed and overseen projects ranging from 3 people to 130+ people. From this she understands how to customize a project management process to be appropriate to the size, cost, risk, and expected benefits of the project.
Ms. Reese has more than 10 years of experience as a Change Management professional. In the context of her experience, this involved helping the parties involved with and impacted by change to understand and successfully adopt change. As such, she was responsible for results in the areas of training, organization design, recruitment, selection, performance management, communication and executive leadership development.
Ms. Reese is a collaborative, results-oriented individual who understands value is determined by the return on investment, the sustainability of the solution, and the ease of the process in getting there.
Ms. Reese has 20 years of work experience at Accenture, 10 of those as an Associate Partner. She worked for three years as a volunteer for Columbus Children’s Hospital in the Pleasure Guild fund raising auxiliary. Ms. Reese holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
