Jacqueline Hodge
Ms. Hodge is a talented and energetic senior professional with broad and diverse experience in relationship management, financial analysis, strategic and business planning and communications. Ms. Hodge has an exceptional business background and is well positioned to serve the growth and development of complex organizations focused on delivering superior financial solutions. She is customer focused, solutions-oriented and bottom line driven.
Most recently Ms. Hodge was appointed to the Board of directors for the Jicarilla Apache Energy Corporation, a section 17 wholly owned Native American Energy Company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ms. Hodge was also elected Secretary/Treasurer. There she led the $6.8MM credit facility guaranteed under the BIA eighty percent loan guarantee program and provided strategic input to joint venture programs. She also actively managed and influenced key business programs and decisions and advised the chairman and chief executive on matters related to strategic planning, audit and financial investments.
Prior to that Ms. Hodge was responsible for the development of new affluent customer and business relationships in corporate trust and investment management for US Bank, the 8th largest bank and 7th largest trust company. At US Bank Ms. Hodge:
- Focused on sales and marketing efforts in the not-for-profit sector resulting in the delivery of comprehensive financial services to major philanthropic organizations.
- Identified and cultivated new strategic partners in the accounting and legal communities for the trust company leading to new business and increased revenues.
- Advised and consulted with high net worth individuals offering customized, individual portfolios to achieve their goals.
- Referred over $10MM in new business to other bank lines of business.
Prior to the US Bank, Ms. Hodge was the Director of Strategy and Planning for Cardinal Health Distribution. While there she directed process design and implementation that was focused on improving business and project workflow for the 600-member geographically dispersed IT workforce. In her role, Jackie:
- Developed strategic processes and planning documents to improve business efficiencies, align all projects to corporate goals to achieve 20% growth revenue targets.
- Developed and implemented monthly statistical reports, including balanced scorecard to measure actual performance to defined goals in key strategic areas and to position organization to achieve fiscal year targets.
- Acted as business liaison to senior technical staff to identify expense reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities on an on-going basis. Ensured alignment to corporate goals and objectives.
- Initiated enterprise effort to design and implement project management office and comprehensive project management methodology to enable the organization to improve project management tools and techniques, and create, capture and re-use project knowledge.
- Centralized intellectual capital and developed systematic process for gathering, sharing and protecting knowledge assets.
- Created and implemented IT mission, vision and values program designed to communicate organization goals and objectives, improving employee satisfaction and providing feedback to senior executives. Achieved goal of 100% employee attendance over two-month period.
Ms. Hodge's also spent 10 years with JPMorganChase, the nation’s sixth largest financial services provider worldwide. Ms. Hodge held increasingly responsible positions contributing significantly to the record setting growth of the corporation. In a key role with the bank, Ms. Hodge was Director, National Programs and Business Analysis. In this role she directed planning, execution and reporting of enterprise programs for the consumer finance company, defined new businesses and plans and developed and maintained strong strategic business partnerships critical to project completion. During this timeframe Jackie was selected as integration director for the merger of two distinct entities into one high growth, dynamic finance company. She planned, directed, controlled and led complex projects in line with strategic goals. She was also appointed as executive director, Year 2000 event. Jackie managed the command center executive staff of 12, guaranteeing the smooth transition and continuity of business into January 2000. Her team monitored system performance critical to business operations ensuring normal operations into the New Year.
Jackie received her M.B.A. from Duke University and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering for the University of Southern California.
Jackie is active in the community, serving as a Board Member for the Columbus Children’s Montessori Education Center, the Children’s Hospital Foundation Board and the Junior League of Columbus. Jackie is a member of the Jicarilla Apache Nation
