Charles Vincent
Mr. Charles Vincent is an innovative, experienced executive with deep business process design and retail industry expertise. Charles was Vice President of Corporate Development for Alliance Data Systems, Inc. While with Alliance Charles provided financial leadership in support of Retail Services Call Center Operations managing 2500 associates, in 6 locations, with a $220 million operating expense budget. He was also responsible for market opportunity and competitive analysis for potential M&A targets while providing executive leadership and P&L responsibility for creating a new $50 million product/service business offering in the electronic payments segment.
Prior to working with Alliance, Charles was Vice President, Concept-to-Market at Limited Brands, Inc. with responsibilities for The Limited and Victoria’s Secret. In this role Charles was the lead executive for the $1 billion cross-functional initiative across Victoria Secret and its international supply chain to enhance the entire product design-to-market operations. Resulting from his work the concept to market time for new fashion products was reduced by half, the order replenishment time for basic products was reduced by a third and stock levels and associated inventory for basic products was reduced by 25%.
Also at Limited Brands, Charles was Vice President, Business Planning and Integration. In this role Charles was responsible for driving the annual process for business growth planning with enterprise leadership across and with each retail operating division’s executive leadership team. He also provided process, analytic and administrative support for long-range financial planning, long-range real estate and store planning, mid-term operational change agenda, and technology prioritization directly with the COO.
Charles has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Marketing and Operations from the University of Texas, in Austin.
